December 19, 2018Thanks to You, We Made Our Match!
January 12, 2019DCS has been supporting the Delaware River Basin Commission (DRBC) in opposition to a Wayne Land and Mineral Group’s (WLMG) lawsuit which challenges the DRBC’s regulatory authority:
- DCS Amicus brief to the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of PA
- DCS Amicus brief to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit
The DRBC has proposed a ban on fracking in the Delaware River Basin. In support of this ban, the following documents, which were presented to the DRBC at the meeting held in September, 2013, are still relevant:
- Increased stray gas abundance in a subset of drinking water wells near Marcellus shale gas extraction
- Occupational Exposures to Respirable Crystalline Silica During Hydraulic Fracturing
- Beaver Falls Municipal Authority Has Levels of Total Trihalomethanes (TTHMs) Above Drinking Water Standards
- Beaver Falls Riggio TTHM Testimony
