SKINNERS FALLS BRIDGE
Preliminary Injunction Denied

(Scranton, PA) At 8:34 PM on Tuesday, April 15, 2025 a ruling was announced denying the preliminary injunction to stop demolition of Skinners Falls Bridge in the case Damascus Citizens for Sustainability, Inc. et al versus Duffy et al (Case number 3 25 – 00625 – KM).

DCS will be making a formal statement about the ruling today, Wednesday, April 16, 2025.
